Inauguration of the Great Algiers Exhibition
During the DZIGN 2024 biennial, on the theme of Victor Papanek's book-manifesto "Design for a real world", the Institut Français du Design was invited to present its 10th EXPLORE l Outside the box: Tomorrow's lifestyles photo competition.
From May 10 to June 8, designers, artists, craftsmen and students exhibited their research and creations.
Algerians and French have created new dialogues thanks to exhibitions organized by architect-designer curator Feriel Gasmi Issiakhem and Algeria's French Institutes (Annaba, Oran, Constantine, Tlemcen and Algiers).
It was then possible to discover the 20 photographic projects of the EXPLORE Competition submitted by students from both sides of the river and selected by a jury of experts on April 24.
