The scenarios of the new generation of designers on the theme \"Tomorrow's Beauties\" exhibited from September 7 to 16, 2023 at Atelier Tarkett #PDW23.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who better to find the right answers to tomorrow's challenges than those who are directly concerned by them? The Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Design, in partnership with L'Or\u00e9al France, presents a series of images reflecting the ideas of future design students from schools of design, applied arts, visual communications and architecture, on the theme of \"Tomorrow's Beauties\".<\/span>

The jury for this year's edition, chaired by Katie Cotellon (Head of design, R&D, Saint-Gobain) and made up of 24 eminent personalities from the human and social sciences and the creative world, singled out 33 photographic projects on the basis of various selection criteria: relevance of the subject, original presentation of new uses, strength of the humanist vision and the artistic and emotional impact of the shot.<\/p>\n

The winning projects reveal the singular aspects and multiple essences of beauty in the future: between bodily ecology, relationship to the senses, the functions of noise and silence, intimate and sometimes raw perceptions of beauty that are neither fixed nor filtered, these projects question our interaction with the world and with living things, and propose new paths to explore. The students have creatively projected themselves into tomorrow's world, capturing in the present forces of rupture and offers of possibility.<\/p>\n

This meeting with the new, future-oriented generation will also be the occasion for a round-table discussion in the presence of the student designers, Jury President Katie Cotellon and Vincent Gr\u00e9goire (Creative Director of the Nelly Rodi agency, and member of the jury), on Thursday September 7, 2023 (registration link).<\/p>\n
